Dashboard is a tool we build to make everything transparent to you, from the payment status to project progress.
Your dashboard will be created once we get back to your request for quote.
Payment
For projects under USD $300 in total, we would require advance payment.
For projects over USD $300 in total, multiple payments can be applied.
Accepted payment methods: Paypal, Payoneer, Transferwise, ACH transfer, IBAN / BACS transfer, international wire transfer, credit card payment, etc.

The most suitable & available linguists would be assigned and their profiles can be found on your project Dashboard.
Activate Chat box
With our Chat box activated, you can communicate directly with the assigned linguists, get across your requirements and respond to any question regarding the project.
Our SmartCopy makes it convenient and easy for you to navigate the source text being discussed without having to open the source file from your computer and locate the source text.
Translate & Proofread
Our localization approach is a marriage of human skills and technology.
Our linguists are trained to treat every translation as a piece of writing and do everything in their power to ensure the translation reads as natural as the source text.
We use translation platforms to collaborate in real time, produce consistent translation and shorten the project timeline.
As part of our QC process, we do not wait until the translation is finished to start the proofreading. It happens simultaneously. Both assigned translators and proofreaders collaborate early in the process, thus, shortening the lead time while ensuring high quality standard.
Deliver & update client dictionary
The translated files will be stored on your Dashboard (unless we receive request from you to take them down) and you can always go back, log in and download the files.
With the translated files, we will develop your own Dictionary and use this Dictionary to provide discounts as well as keep the translation consistent in your next projects with us.
