We’re a tech-enabled translation agency with a mission to help organizations and individuals communicate and resonate in foreign languages.

Our Vision

We built our translation company to be able to handle a high volume of work with consistent quality and speed. We offer a full array of creative linguistic solutions, using a collaborative process and ever-evolving technology.

Our approach as a translation agency is deliberately unconventional. On our proprietary platform, our clients communicate directly with their linguists to discuss their specifications. And our expert review service for technical translations, research for slogan translation, and SEO work for web translation are just a few of the unique capabilities that set us apart. It is our intent to continue leading the industry as a tech-enabled translation company in Asia and around the world.

Completed a major upgrade to our platform to better serve both B2B and B2C clients. Added more system features to facilitate collaboration between clients and linguists.

Founder

Thao Tran

Thao Tran founded Thao & Co. Born and raised in Vietnam, she graduated from California State University Fullerton (USA) where she majored in Business Administration with concentration in Entrepreneurship. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry and then market research industry before starting her own business to help companies and individuals communicate globally.

Thao continues to work within Thao & Co. serving as the visionary for the company’s future direction as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations.

General Manager

Khanh Tran

Khanh holds BAs in interior design and business English. It was in his many years of work for major interior design and furniture companies in Vietnam that he honed his management skills.

Today Khanh manages daily operations at Thao & Co. as well as contributes to long-term company plans. He plays a key role in setting the company culture and is largely known for his unparalleled work ethic.

Phuong Tran

Phuong holds a Master’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature and has spent nearly a decade in language-related positions including writer, translator, interpreter, line editor and content manager.

A life-long learner, Phuong takes joy in exploring how things work and sharing her knowledge.
