Note: The passport must be valid for more than 6 months.

How to get a Vietnam business visa as a foreigner?
If you want to get this visa, you can either submit your application to the Vietnam Immigration Department or opt for online application.
Applying at the Vietnam Immigration Department
Step 1: Your sponsor company must prepare the following documents:
● Entry application for foreigners to enter Vietnam (Form NA2)
● Notarized copy of the business registration certificate or the investment registration certificate
● Notarized copy of the representative’s identity card
● Invitation letter detailing the purpose of your visit and the sponsored individual
● Work schedule
● A copy of the sponsored person’s passport

Step 2: Submit your documents to the Vietnam Immigration Department to get an entry approval letter and receipt.
Step 3: It usually takes 5–7 working days for your application to be processed. Afterward, you’ll need to show the receipt to collect the results at the Immigration Department.
Step 4: Take the approval letter and mentioned documents to the Vietnam consulate, where you’ll pay a stamping fee and have your visa stamped.

Step 1: The sponsoring company registers an electronic account and obtains an electronic signature on the Vietnam Immigration portal.
Step 2: Use the electronic account to log into the Vietnam Immigration portal.
Step 3: Fill out the NA2 form, receive an electronic record code, and pay the approval letter fee.
Step 4: Track the status of your application using the electronic account.
