NOTARIZED + CERTIFIED TRANSLATION
Certified translation
Along with the translation of your document, at no additional charge, we’ll issue a signed statement declaring the translation to be an accurate and true representation of your original document. Certification is available for legal documents such as marriage, death or birth certificates; adoption agreements; supporting documents for immigration; court transcripts; service agreements; and business contracts.
Notarized translation
We’ll provide your translation and then obtain a notarization signature and seal from the local authorities on your behalf (for fee in addition to translation cost). Notarization confirms that the translated work is complete and accurate. Notarized translations are often required for passports, educational documents such as school transcripts and diplomas, and other papers for legalization purposes both within Vietnam and abroad.
Consular authentication
Thao&Co. knows how to navigate this complex process. We’ll first translate the document. Then we’ll seek consular authentication on your behalf from the local authorities. This service is for Vietnamese individuals with documents they plan to use in foreign countries.
